All of our beds are bespoke handmade to order. They are not stocked, upon ordering your bed this will be entirely made from scratch bespoke to your option requirements.
Should a bed not fit upstairs this is not a fault of our own and we urge you to check your access before ordering as it could incur further costs to get this resolved and/ or exchanged.
All measurements are as true as can be, but with the beds being handmade bespoke to order each individual bed will be ever so slightly different, so please do measure and allow for slight tolerances.
Once a bed is delivered should any damages have occurred in transit or in production mistakenly, we ask you to check it over and report them to us within 48 hours.
When ordered with gas lift ottoman storage this bed comes with our sprung slatted ottoman base, folded in two halves with a black base to cover from the bottom as well, giving you solid surface for your mattress & a stronger internal storage space. The measurements for the ottoman version are slightly smaller in size as the base sits flush with the mattress, and the headboard sits flush to the floor.

Our Deliveries Are Carried Out By Our Contracted Courier Company And As Standard

We are able to keep hold of your bed for as long as you need.
What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you.
Please note we do need at least 3-4 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date.
